No surprises. Heat pump was installed as explained. Tech installers were knowledgeable in the heat pump installations. Time was taken to test and run the LG Prestige heat pump I purchased. Lead hand was certified in refrigeration/heat systems. Heat pump is working fine. Two thumbs up and five star to One Touch Heat & Cool Inc.

This local firm carries heating and cooling products from well known manufacturers. We purchased and had installed a Mini Split Heat Pump from this service centre. Complete explanations were provided by the owner who assessed our house and recommended appropriate options. His professional installer obviously prides in his work, and his attention to details resulted in what we call a masterpiece!

Very high quality service and very friendly staff. I had 2 mini splits installed and both perform beyond my expectation. Both of my units were fully installed in 2 days finishing a couple hours before supper time each day. I would not hesitate in a second to deal with these guys again.
